The house
A counterinside the ramparts
Les Saveurs des Sillons opened on boulevard Raspail at the end of 2025, a few streets from the place de l’Horloge. Bread, viennoiseries, pastries, snacking and catering are all sold at the same counter.

What you see on the way in
The front is white, the doors are framed in brass, and the house’s wheat ear is etched on the glass. Inside, the far wall carries the painted sign and everything else is pale wood: the wicker baskets of bread above, the boards of the display below, a single pendant over the counter.
People buy here the way they buy bread: quickly when they are in a hurry, slowly when they are not. The trompe-l’œil ask you to stop: they do not look like cakes at all, and most people have to ask which is which before choosing.
The shop opens early, every day of the week. The table in the footer gives the exact hours, day by day; the top of the home page says whether we are open at the moment you are reading.

The know-how
Three counters under one roof
The loaves wait in wicker baskets above the counter. The trompe-l’œil imitate the fruit they are made of: a chocolate shell, a fruit centre. The salted caramel cheesecake comes by the slice.

In person
The window is waiting
The counter is listed online, the window says what is left. Push the door open, or call to have a piece set aside.
